Subscription Plans
JobLine.ai offers tiered subscription plans designed to scale with your organization: a Free plan for small teams or evaluation purposes (limited seats and features), a Pro plan for full-featured access for small to medium teams, and an Enterprise plan with custom pricing for larger organizations that need advanced features, higher seat limits, or dedicated support. Plan details are viewable in Settings → Billing.
Seat-Based Pricing
Subscriptions are priced by the number of active seats (users) in your organization. Each user who has an active account counts as one seat. Deactivated users do not count toward your seat limit. When you invite new members, the system checks whether you have available seats — if not, you will be prompted to upgrade your plan or add more seats before the invite can be completed.
Managing Your Plan
To change your plan or add seats, navigate to Settings → Billing and click "Manage Billing." This opens a secure portal where you can: view your current plan and usage, upgrade or downgrade your plan, add or reduce seats, update your payment method, and view or download invoices for past billing periods.
Trial Period
New organizations start with a free trial that includes full access to Pro features for a limited time. During the trial, you can explore all capabilities without entering payment information. When the trial ends, you will be prompted to select a paid plan. If you do not upgrade, your account transitions to the Free plan with reduced capabilities, but your data is preserved.
